      You don’t matter; your opinions don’t matter; you aren’t given a chance to be trained and demonstrate who you are; are judged very prematurely on what you are worth and they determine how they want to run your career path if you so choose to stay.

      They Need Your Work, They Don’t Need You

      Good insurance, stock program, opportunity to work in multiple locations

      Cons

      Stock value didn’t increase for multiple years (just do more with less!), they preach about career development but really you have to be a favorite to get career advancement, executive support isn’t there for you - you’re there to support them
