Pros

Industry leading technologies Amazing leadership Flexible work schedule Super cool new initiatives to work on My friends are jealous Our leadership has created so many great opportunities for me to use my education, which is what attracted me to PCL. From student to full-time employee, I am very grateful to be part of a company that is so progressive.

Cons

None that I can think of right now.

Lack of training.

Pros

Plenty of people to speak with and gain a grasp of the job. If your into politics within a company this place is probably your go to. your crew thinks about your health usually.

Cons

There wasn't a foreman on my crew and the ''acting foreman'' was often pulled from the group to do other things. Nobody wanted to train me knowing before hiring me that I was green and had no previous experience. I was given the pink slip a week and 2 days later even though i had done everything asked of me; the reasoning being ''you're to green''. I was often asked to do things without proper equipment or lack of equipment Ex: going to pick trash or debris up from under the bridge and not having a life jacket in case of falling into one of the hole areas, and often being left alone without anyone to make sure I was okay or safe.

Pros

Saftey orientated, good benifits, and understanding towards workers.

Cons

Large company there were some culture issues with the company. Could slightly improve in this area. Some management styles would differ in different departments of the company.
