PCL's culture and how they help the communities they reside in

Cons

Management has no strategy and the office politics are insane. More focused on the brand/image than employees. Best decision I made was to leave the organization!

Pros

Money and the Health Spending Account. There is nothing else.

Cons

Complete lack of diversity and inclusion practices, racist jokes (sent by email might I add) and bullying from within the HR team. The worst experience of my life. Way to work people to the bone and crush souls PCLers.
