Safety on job sites.

Cons

Pay is way too low - company shares are not as good as they claim. Do not work for Special Projects Division unless you are interested in looking at re-roofing and light fixture replacement type projects and are ok with travelling all over BC for minimal compensation.

A lot of training,mentoring. A lot of different type of projects very hi tech a lot of room to change carrier paths

Cons

Very big company can get lost in the size , a lot of employees head office to far out of Toronto.
