      You are anonymous - a number - large conglomerate that rewards its middle management in singling out and getting rid of employees.

      On my second year and loving it

      Pros

      My favorite thing about working for PCL is how much they care for their employees. I can tell they are really thinking about how I can best be developed as a engineer and future project manager instead of having me just work where they need me.

      Cons

      It's more of the nature of the type of work than anything - but managing construction goes along with high stress. Fortunately, I am good at managing it, but it's fast paced here.
