Very good profit sharing program. Good place to work, but may differ depending on the project or team you work with.

Cons

Can be expected to work off hours with very little notice, but also depending on team and project you are working on. You need to get financing to invest in company. Pay known to be lower than industry.

- Great Management and employees who care about the success of each other - Mentoring, coaching and career development training - Exciting assignments and projects to work on - Family culture and excellent work environment - Ability to grow within the company, professionally and financially - Large and diversified portfolio of projects to work on and other divisions or locations to work at - Promote health and wellness - Encourage to get involved in helping local communities

- Vacation/time off from work can be increased due to the fact the some people commute a lot from and to work place
