Good career opportunities if you take the time to understand the company's needs and take on new work. Solid management with an eye on profit, growth and employee ownership.

Cons

Base salary not in-line with market. The total compensation package (including shares) masks a better job offer, however, I don't think you should "sell" shares as a part of a compensation package.

Good safety focus. Safety diners n giveways. Loads of free time as plannin is poor.

Cons

Very rude n racist jokes from mgmt. Mgmt is ok for it. Sit in brm all time n joke. If ask them to work they wanna fire you.
