      Pros

      Great people, everyone is very friendly and helpful starting my first day. Lots of exciting projects going on around the US and Canada. A large number of employees that have been here for 15+ years, good work/life balance, great benefits.

      Cons

      Communication is very minimal between Districts, unless you go on the internal website everyday you will never hear much about what is happening in other districts. Communication is sent out whenever a new project is won or someone receives an accolade.

      Great Pay! No family life!

      Pros

      The pay here is great even if you have no experience. Lots of friendly people. Decent Health Insurance. Can move up quickly if you get in with the right people.

      Cons

      Lots of hours. No time for family life. Be prepared to work a minimum of 6-7 days a week 10-12 hours a day at least.
