      Pros

      Autonomy - get to work on a variety of projects with minimal micromanaging from my boss Large Scale Projects - It's cool to work for the company that is essentially re-building our downtown core

      Cons

      Executives don't seem to understand that the shares aren't really lucrative for newer employees anymore - they're not the biggest draw to the company, which executives seem to think. Not super transparent. And outdated/crappy vacation policy.

      Pros

      Great Company to work for! Work environment incites innovative thinking where employees are engaged (consistently being presented with developmental challenges). We work hard; however, we have fun! Very community minded. We are a Big / Small company that is comprised of all the positive attributes of both.
