      Pros

      On the best companies to work for list for multiple consecutive years. Employee owned company offers great benefits. Great insurance plans, very affordable. It's all about the shares.

      Cons

      Promotion from within has become very uncommon these days so the growth prospects can be a bit dim. Training and mentoring are not the greatest in the world.

      Pros

      PCL has a strong organizational culture that is reflective of their core values. They are progressive, and strive to be the best. If you share these values and believe in the work they do, it's very easy to find pride in being a PCLer. It's a fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      While strong, the total rewards strategy at PCL benefits those who provide long-term commitment the most.

      PCL has an amazing reputation both in the business community as well as being one of the best employers. At PCL you come here to stay and grow your career and experience.

      Cons

      The reputation to the public isn't always what is experienced once you become a PCL'er.
