      Dynamic culture. Employee owned with pride of ownership. Sense of accomplishment daily. Engaged, motivated staff - always working towards a common goal. Strong leadership and succession planning. Strong focus on employee growth and development.

      Cons

      Work/life balance can be a challenge but this is the industry - not PCL.

      Pros

      PCL has a dynamic culture that encourages it employees to grow and thrive. PCL believes in enabling its employees, allowing them to manage and maintain the business, freeing up management to focus on growing the business. As PCL is an employee owned company it's employees have a vested interest in the success of not only the company but each other, creating a network of employees who encourage and mentor each other. Employees are constantly challenged with new ideas, concepts and work allowing them to progress their knowledge at a much faster rate while constantly being supported by the network of mentors in order to succeed.

      Cons

      The work environment at PCL can be fast paced and challenging, those who do not take the initiative and responsibility for their work may find themselves overwhelmed.
