The Company typically under pays its employees and asks people to do more then they pay them for extended periods of time.

Does not have a supportive office environment and expects a lot out of you. Many people work through the weekend and over 80 hours a week.

Tuition reimbursement Employee owned company with share offerings after 1 year of full-time employment Large company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada

Cons

I would not recommend the F.E. role for someone who is not comfortable working on a jobsite or unwilling to work long hours if needed on a project.
