- Great team environment (team building activities are encouraged & celebrated) - Cool projects - Management is very approachable - Lots of senior level employees in all departments with a wealth of experience and knowledge - PCL grows leaders - They take a lot of interest in promoting from within. Lots of leadership opportunities. - Mentorship is highly encouraged - No (or very few) egos - Excellent benefits (employee owned, plenty of vacation time, health insurance is very good) - Possibility of working anywhere in the US & Canada - Company parties and picnics are a lot of fun & well planned out - Committed to giving back to the community (fundraising events & pro-bono projects) - Really nice group of people to work with everyday

Cons

- Los Angeles traffic & driving to job sites can be a drag - File storage and sharing system needs regular maintenance and upgrade (not always well organized, too many old files)
