Pros

The pay here is great even if you have no experience. Lots of friendly people. Decent Health Insurance. Can move up quickly if you get in with the right people.

Cons

Lots of hours. No time for family life. Be prepared to work a minimum of 6-7 days a week 10-12 hours a day at least.

Pros

Very oriented when it comes to doing a quality job in a safe manner. Have gone out of their way to provide any and just about every tools necessary to perform our job(s) in the civil department.

Cons

Lack of or miscommunication on many levels; plenty of nepotism, favortism, and racism on the site. This may not be the overall view of the management, but the silence about it on the site is only an affirmation that it is accepted as a norm.
