On the best companies to work for list for multiple consecutive years. Employee owned company offers great benefits. Great insurance plans, very affordable. It's all about the shares.

Cons

Promotion from within has become very uncommon these days so the growth prospects can be a bit dim. Training and mentoring are not the greatest in the world.

Great group of people to work with. Major involvement with community programs. Diversified company involved with Industrial, Commercial, Infrastructure, Buildings construction

Cons

Work/Home life balance can become a factor when working out of town or on projects. This is typical of the construction industry though.
