Job variety, Seeing different job fronts.

Cons

Bad organisation, Everyone for themselves. Join a local tradesman or start out on your own. working here will not give you overall satisfaction. The harder you work the more knowledge you have will frighten other employees in this company.

Great people to work with on project, had option to enroll for company stocks.

Cons

Not all departments had structure or career path to follow. Pay wasn't great for the work given. Once you leave, you must sell back stocks.

Not a great place to work if you're a women

Pros

If you're a male or engineer you are treated better and there is an opportunity for bonuses and share offers.

Cons

The environment is sexist and racist with a divide between engineers (treated the best) and the rest of staff. The DM at the time was aggressive, and a poor leader who did not manage staff or the company well. HR did not support staff and left rampant issues unchecked.
