      Pros

      Most of the people are great Interesting projects Invest in decent management software

      Cons

      Expect you to donate significant personal time to the company rather than donate your time to a needed cause Project Managers make or break your career, if you’re put with a bad one it’s game over for you Upper management treat people like dirt and shoot from the hip whilst crying out for staff, mental! They will tell you to be yourself but mark my words, if you don’t try to fit in (you’re asked to work 40 hours when you join but attend your workstation name it’s changed to 50 hours, and all these stupid group stretching and social events you are judged for if you don’t attend)

      Thanks for the review. You are absolutely right, construction can be challenging. The development that results and the amazing teams you get to work with on projects that make a difference, make it all worth it.

      Pros

      Great company, employee shares drive a good work environment, work hard play hard.

      Cons

      Long hours, base salary’s are typically lower, employee shares are expensive at first.

      Thanks for your feedback. PCL has established a voluntary share ownership option that allows employees to have a 0 interest borrowing introductory option to become an employee-owner early in their career.
