PCL has a large number of programs, events, and opportunities available for all employees, regardless of location - from formal onboarding and career management tools and processes to world class leadership development programs. Additionally, there are any number of local, grassroots initiatives that also offer opportunities for engagement and participation.

Cons

The size and complexity of the organization can be a challenge at times (slow to change, lack of alignment with all sectors, etc..), but these qualities also set us up for success in a lot of ways.
