      Good dental plan Sabbatical (but that sounds like that is going away next year)

      Cons

      This place is a joke. Overseas and AI are replacing American workers. Don't come here. Constant layoffs, lying cheating directors and higher supervisors. Promotions are damn joke. 3 rounds of interviews for 5% raise. That's not worth my time. Could go out to a competitior or similar jobs and get at least 10%. I know one lady left and got 25% more. Promotions or new positions are 90% political (who you know).
