Business Outlook
Pros
PayPal, has been a great place to work over the last 6+ years. In my organization the pace has been fast and the challenges keep things new. I have work with incredible talented people and learned more then expected about payments.
Cons
The downside is PayPal still struggle to be a global company, most of the senior opportunities are in San Jose, so at some point in many team you hit a cap.
