      Good people, some of the benefits, community involvement projects.

      Cons

      Average salaries Impossible to meet the present goals, for advancement! Always changing expectations, makes nearly impossible to attain the goals. Awkward HR policies, if you apply as an internal candidate. When they review talent, criteria is not your resume or credentials for the position. It's always the tenure with the company. Every campus has it's own culture. Managers and Supervisors acts like they are shift managers at McDonalsd. No professionalism!
