      The main [difference] is the focus that PayPal puts on the employees and how every decision that is made, we’re made part of it. The boss is not just someone who is above you in the hierarchy. The treatment and the respect towards employees is the most important difference.”

      Compared with other big companies in Irleland PayPal and eBay could offer more or similar beneficials than the others big one, like free food and softdrinks, free child-care or creche and/or at least a more focused support of parents

      Green building, onsite gym, shuttle transportation, customer driven goals = gold mine for business development and product development, green company, bicycle friendly. Good experience for new grads, consultants and summer interns

      Cons

      Lots of turnover in management and re-organization of groups. No real career development. Chances of getting a good manager is like gambling. management is authoritative, hierarchical and elitist
