      Paypal tries to solve a lot of problems in most financial spaces. Recently they have also started investing a lot on setting up data warehouses and minting intelligence from them

      Cons

      Although a lot of opportunities are provided to the employees to innovate, very few takes shape and gets to the market

      Great people Reasonable work life balance Great infrastructure , great for people to gain technical skills and expertise

      Cons

      Mid level management is worse . Somehow top level management cant see this There is no motivation what so ever for employers . There is absolutely no collaboration across the teams.There is no common goal.too many changes introduced blame game that makes it hard for engineers to thrive Managers keeps getting promotions and they dont believe that they are successful because of team work .

      Pros

      Office culture is fun with a lot of emphasis on work-life balance. Technology wise one of the leading companies in the industry. Product is unique and has interesting problems.

      Cons

      You can work in any mode you want. Population is defensive in work adoption & execution. A lot of inertia over the past 5-6 years and so many competitors have left the company playing catch-up game instead of being market giants that they once were.
