      Pros

      - "Start-up" kind of culture - Casual work attire - Ability to atleast "talk" innovation - Not as bureaucratic as one would expect

      Cons

      - Most senior leaders are from traditional bureaucratic environments, so they do bring the same culture with them, albeit wearing jeans - PayPal WILL take advantage of its employees, low pay and long hours is a given - Review process is flawed if non-existent, no basis for promotions or lack there of, leads to a direction-less career (HR deptt can be easily outsourced)

      Strong business that continues to drive growth and profits Global reach, with a strong presence in many international markets Smart co-workers Nice campus, with great cafeterias Driving some pockets of innovation

      Cons

      Unwieldy technology base hampers new product development Constant re-orgs (I had 4 managers over 2 years) Constantly focusing on the next shiny new thing, sucking resources from other initiatives Cutthroat environment - not many team players 24/7 culture means poor work / life balance
