      Pros

      This is not the same PayPal of 10 years ago. It's hungry, razor sharply focused and attacking a much bigger market than the massive one it already dominates.

      Cons

      PayPal had a lull in the early '00s, and it's spent the last couple years working out of that. Some of those habits are tough to eradicate.

      Tenured talent pool with positive mentoring in a unique business model/environment. Start-up menatlity with capital to back

      Cons

      Product not agile. Decisions slow to implement once they are made. Significant brain drain to become a more mature business. Loss of customer focus.
