      There are many exceptional people who work at PayPal with lots of ideas. Lots of different areas to grow and make your mark or make a difference The top internet payments company Lots of other companies under eBay Inc. to work with or be part of

      Cons

      Some leaders are way to political and only interested in self-gain. If you get into one of their teams, it can be rough. Constant org changes Too many processes and tools--not enough strategy. Secondary challenges in doing software development, (dev environments, builds/deploys, etc) that make work not efficient.
