      Terrible Management in the Technology Organization

      Pros

      Pay is competitive for the Silicon Valley but this is not a technology destination.

      Cons

      Management in the technology organization at PayPal is terrible. No vision, no strategy and they flounder constantly on how to make decisions. A bunch of do nothing bankers have been brought in and their solution to any problem is layering of people to insulate them from any accountability.

      Pros

      I have been part of web infra team from past 3 years , i have worked in areas like c++,unix,java/windows and it is a good company with respect to knowledge growth and work life balance.

      Cons

      It is good growing path in salary too.They are good pay masters
