      Pros

      PayPal is a great company to work for in terms of technology. it is a world leader in payments. I love people i work with and this probably counts for 50% of the reason that i work for PayPal

      -politics, like others have said its not what you do its who you know and how well you bs to to the bosses.the certain people get promoted every single time. -because of said politics there's a re-org every 3 mo bringing all the headaches of the reorg with it
