      Interesting technical challenges and engaging work environment You get well rewarded for your efforts and contributions good work life balance

      Cons

      Always some level of politics in every project and initiative To get a solution out the door, there's a lot of groups that need to be either engaged or kept informed to ensure success. I guess this is just life in a big tech company!

      The company is beginning to create a new vision under David Marcus. There is a great belief among the people that we can actually do what we are dreaming.

      Cons

      This is a big time of change, a lot of pain... but again we have to go through it to see future benefit.
