      Great opportunities and knowledgable people make PayPal a great place to work.

      In technical positions there is a lot of churn which leads to frustration when working on projects.

      Pros

      Paypal is a fast paced environment and one of the fastest growing properties of eBay. It's a place where you can get things done with a lot of red tape. However if you succeed, you are golden. Otherwise, you get stuck on mundane projects. This is why most folks are gunning for the big projects. It's great working with driven people but I think the senior management doesn't have a good grasp on the future of the company.

      Cons

      Churn, upper management caught up in politics and lack of leadership. Scott is a decent guy, but I'm not sure if he's a good strategist. He's not a people person either. However to most people, he's so high up the chain it doesn't matter.
