      Great co-workers but frustrating work environment

      Pros

      For the most part, employees care about doing their job well. However, the bar has lowered recently on candidates.

      Cons

      An extremely frustrating work environment and process. Projects were dropped late into the cycle, after everyone rushed to complete documents on time. Work/life balance was not very good.
