      - Worked with an amazing team. - Lots of very talented people you can learn from. - Able to reach millions of users. - When a problem occurs, there is no blaming game towards the individual. Both wins and loses belong to the whole team. It is always an opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      - Given the size of the company, bureaucracy can get in the way of getting things done. - There is a disconnect between senior leadership and the people doing the work. Company goals often do not seem reflected in your day to day work.
