Pros

It's a very focussed company. You get a lot opportunities to learn from a good crop of engineers around you. There is a strong emphasis on getting people what they need to be able to advance in their careers. All in all a very good work environment.

Cons

A tab bit difficult to maintain work life balance. There seems to a shortage of equipment (laptops/montiors etc) and sometimes they give out refurbished stuff to new hires. IT dept. is not that great.

Lots of technical learning, industrial relationships and more importantly you can follow what you like the most.

Cons

Too lenient, but lots of opportunities, some partiality. A little opaque, but it actually doesn't matter.
