constant training, friendly job environment, good benefits package ( vacactions from 11 to 21 days according to seniority, health insurance with best private hospitals at competitive price)

Cons

because it is a very big company, sometimes good company values or policies get lost in some departaments.

Could get very political Meritocracy doesn't exist Management normally appreciates more the seniority than productivity job promotions are scarce and depends a lot in loyalties and friendships with higher management
