The biggest problem with most factory work is that you're either treated like a robot or a small child by supervisors and management. Pepsico is one of the rare exceptions to that, you're treated like a human being and paid very well also. Lovely working enviroment, everyone there is really nice and easy to work with. No problem booking days off at short notice.
