I know there are some good managers out there, but they are becoming few and far between. No consideration for any personal time. All talk , no action. Safety concerns are swept under the rug. Very little true honesty, integrity or ethicallity in dealing with employees and customers alike. Too much pressure pushing unwanted or un-needed product to make numbers. Inclusion of decission making by an RSR on his/her route has been stripped away. Too much BS trying to convince everybody about how good things are and not backing up their mouths

Working 60-65 hours is not within the Work-Life Balance standards No longer focused on making the employees happy More focused on volume sales performance than the safety of the employees
