      Pros

      You canmake pretty decent money, the health care, while expensive is very good and would be considered a taxable "Cadillac plan", and is resistant to recession, and reasonably autonomous work environment

      Cons

      No consideration to personal life or a work-life balance. They will attempt to intimidate you into working through almost every holiday. Promotions are a joke and Route Sales reps are considered to be bottom of the barrel. By far, the worst company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      pension, matching 401k, high competitive pay, no union, easy work, easy to work your way up the system

      Cons

      hard to get in, you start part time and it takes about 2 years to get a full time job. the first 5 years includes a lot of overtime(which is really good money). but after you've been there for 5 years you can pretty much pick and choose if you want to work overtime.

      Pros

      There are some GREAT Employees at PepsiCo. . There are still some excellent people in management, last time I looked.

      Cons

      Eliminating American Jobs, Indian Outsourcing and H1B Visa (through Contract IT Vendors). The few remaining American Managers are fighting an uphill battle to keep this American-Built company working for America, while they expand in the world.
