Pros

Big company, so a lot of different routes you can explore and choose to shape your career. Can also learn about how different business units operate, the pros and cons of each and why certain networks or processes are built the way they are.

Cons

Have to wait your time or get lucky for certain roles or career trajectories. Sometimes politics plays a bit of a large role here too, in terms of how you are viewed, how your work is viewed, how certain promotions go, etc. Also, professional development programs or skill trainings are non-existent. You have to get on a project or put in the work on your own to learn a new skill especially if it is outside the scope of your current role.
