Pros

Paid every other Friday no matter what, sometimes paid 3 times a month. Good base salary for what is essentially a job for new grads,

Cons

The year end raise is a joke and there is no disputing the percentage of the raise.

Pros

Good pay. Alot of opportunities for growth. Alot of opportunities to move within the company (lateral or vertical) Flexible working hours. Good manager quality.

Cons

Work life balance is terrible whether you are in operations or sales. Work environment is not the best but it is ok. Lack of process & guidelines for running the business. Lot of changes & restructuring (weak leadership / lack of vision).
