      Pros

      Very stable. Long history. Appreciates employees. Great place to work. I have worked with big companies like GE, Amazon and IBM but by far Philips is the best.

      Cons

      Thought for a while but could not come up with any cons.

      work flexibility, nothing else really. WPI

      Cons

      Bad management, poor support Highly political They will sell you quickly no matter how quickly you give to the company. Some unprofessional people Lack of HR support, especially during conflicts. They enslave you working non ending hours. Rarely gives you credit

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, nice PCs and laptops, clean and well maintained offices, mostly friendly people. Not very demanding. If you keep your head down, get your work done exactly as assigned without comment, it's a job for life.

      Cons

      An absurd amount of meetings. Comfortable with status quo. Lots of red tape, bureaucratic, political. Kingdom builders and cliques can be alienating.
