      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities in a company that is benig changed inside out. With proper preparation and a good starting point, it is quite possible to lead a chalenging project with success.

      Cons

      Strategies and tactics being drastically changed during the develomeте and implementation. Corporate initiatives are strugling at the countries. Lack of centralization leads to poor control and lost of synergy.

      Better than average company benefits. Very democratic environment. You opinions definitely count here.

      Cons

      The company has gone through lots of changes and outsourced a lot of non-essential functions in the past decade. Competition is fierce in the market place, and cost cutting a must in order for the company to compete. For a lot the non-essential functions, there is not much room to grow.
