      Pros

      Colleagues are smart and full of good and innovative ideas. It has a strong presence in medical devices and business units seem to be doing well. As a result, there are potential outlets to transform innovative ideas into real products and positively impact people's lives and well-being.

      Cons

      Like many R&D organizations inside big companies, it seems to be very difficult to get funding from business units to perform applied research and development. Very frustrated with the team lead whose mind wasn't on doing his work or leading his team. The company was OK with that though. Maybe I was just unlucky.

      the company has very good facilities and good infrastructure. the working environment is really comfortable and the colleagues are very friendly and helpfull.

      Cons

      the company observes very strict discpline and follows the rules. although the working colleagues are friendly but there is a remarkable difference in the senior management and the clerks.
