      Pros

      I feel like I am a valued member of my team. I know what is expected of me and I have the resources to achieve my full potential. I am a working parent and have never had issues with work-life balance. I feel well compensated which is also very motivating for me in many ways.

      Cons

      They could use an onsite barista. There are soooo many people and the free coffee situation is not great.

      Pros

      The working conditions are good. Most employees appear to be very loyal and take great pride in the brand. Being a global giant, there are always opportunities to move across geographies and sectors if you are inclined to seek such opportunities.

      Cons

      It is so very hard to try and change things. I am probably working on the biggest and most substantial thing in my career so far, yet I feel I am a smaller screw than I have ever been. They employ an overly complicated organizational chart: often it is very hard to find the right senior role accountable for something.
