      Philips is a good company for working except it's always selling its businees

      Pros

      The working condition and team relationship were fine, and all guidelines and systems are very nice, and also you have many chance to get trained.

      Cons

      If you are not working on its key business units, e.g. lighting, healthcare, you might heard that Philips almost sold all its non-key business units, you might be worried about your future and always get ready for a new position outside it.
