      nice working environment and people. people worked for the common project goals, especially, as bonus wa based on successful projects and paid accordingly

      Cons

      overal market was shrinking, and no newer product was being successfully launched.. . sometime the new product was too new for the market . . . only accepted a few years later

      Trying to do catch-up with GE always. Higher Management knows how to stump career growth for potential candidates. Directors play a lot of games to please their bosses. Always biased.Not good pay
