      Good benefits and flexible hours. Management takes interest in employee growth. Work is challenging and is often rewarded with recognition.

      Cons

      Lower salaries. Their performance evaluation system needs improvement.

      Pros

      Very family friendly and the work life balance is great. I don't get the impression that it is simply because of my manager either. It seems to be the culture.

      Cons

      Very disorganized company. No onboarding orientation. Can be hard to really feel a part of something instead of a cog in the wheel unless you are in sales.
