they have a great company culture that wants to see people grow personally and professionally, They make both part of the quarterly goals. I have worked for several companies and the morale and energy is par excellence in every department, this makes you want to do better at the job and be better for your coworkers as well. the benefits are great as well, with options for HSA, 401k, childcare costs, etc. You get a sense of the servant leader mentality that the VP's have and it trickles down to other leadership in the corresponding departments. the tech is great as well with proprietary layouts and configurations that is only for internal use.

Cons

in certain roles they are on call that adds irregularity to work/life balance. it would be great to have a system that let them know there are no further appointments to be dispatched when they are no longer going to get and appointment. it would be great if consultants weren't held accountable for non doable jobs.
