Pros

This is my first job right out of college and it's safe to say this is going to be my last. The earning potential is amazing and I can't even begin to describe the culture here. With making over triple figures in my first full year to company trips to Cancun, Vegas, Bahamas, Miami and the list goes on and on. The opportunity for growth in this organization is un real. In most professional work places to advance in the company you need to be there for 5-10 years. That is the exact opposite of powers view on this subject. If you want something go out and take it.

Cons

This isn't a typical 9-5 job. With that being said after being here for a few months you begin to become a custom to the schedule.

Pros

One of the perks of this job is the ability to earn a substantial amount of money based on performance. There are also monthly incentives to drive your initiative when pursuing your personal goals. Management ensures opportunities for training to prepare you for the role within the company. The appointments generated by the marketing department offer ample opportunity to close deals.

Cons

Although the work schedule is demanding in the beginning, quality sales production will ensure a flexible schedule over time.

Pros

This is my first job right out of college. During my initial interview I was told that I could earn between 70-90 thousand my first year. I decided to take the job thinking that even if this was a slight exaggeration, I would at least make 60 thousand. Turns out that everything they said in the interview was true and my first full calendar year I made 110k and put up over a million dollars in volume. The culture is amazing and I couldn't imagine a better work environment than the one we have at Power. Everyone in the organization truly wants to change the industry for the better and the executives genuinely care about the employees, and they show it with amazing bonuses, dinners, trips to Mexico, etc. The opportunities within Power are endless, and I am extremely happy that I decided to take this job.

Cons

Not a 9-5 job. You must work evenings and saturdays.
