Pros

have a chance to make decent money while getting sales experience

Cons

hours are so bad because you are always on call. Don't get home until 12 at night sometimes. Management is pathetic.

Pros

The people I worked with were amazing. The RVP is an okay person, definitely lenient, but things are changing quickly.

Cons

Long, long days. You work outside in all conditions, and some managers don't seem to really care for you at all in bad weather. There are a lot of money bonuses available, but they are a lot harder to hit than they make you think. There's more than just income tax taken out of your paycheck, there is commission tax taken as well, which really diminishes your paycheck. A $2000 bonus is actually $1300. The morning meetings are pointless usually.
