Pros

-If you're in your 20's and want to continue somewhat of a college-like atmosphere while selling subpar products, this is the company for you. -There was an annual Mexico trip that was a good time.

Cons

-Their "Entry Level Sales Representative" position, despite how they describe it on their website is just a door-to-door salesperson. -The Denver office was run by a dude that is the summation of every stereotypical frat guy you've ever seen portrayed in Hollywood. -The actual products you're selling aren't even near the caliber of quality that the company tries to say they are. -You will make no money unless you can push unsuspecting strangers to spend thousands of dollars on products they don't need.

Pros

Ample opportunity for income (including base salary and benefits), many different career paths available, work-life balance is well above average, management at all levels is both fair, involved, and understanding. This job will develop you both professionally and personally in a way that you won't find anywhere else. As someone who has worked one of the worst entry level sales jobs imaginable for seven months, this job is a breath of fresh air for hard workers. You can find a career in pretty much anything here, as long as you're willing to prove your work ethic and ability.

Cons

The job itself is definitely difficult, and if you're looking for something temporary, this job is not for you. Momentum is huge in this job, and although it's very forgiving, it can be easy to get inside your own head.
